STORING SUGGESTIONS: Please refrigerate the cake when you receive it and take it out about 30-45 mins before eating so it comes to an ideal temperature.
Went in with modest expectations given it was vegan and came out genuinely surprised by how good it tasted overall. Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable vegan celebration cake option.
