Refund policy

 

Refunds:

We offer the option of a refund in the form of store credits if the order is delivered in a damaged condition. 
Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of receiving the intimation. 


Cancellations:

Cancellations on booked orders will be considered if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order.
Customers have the option of requesting a refund to their initial source of payment or a gift card of the same value.
Orders placed for same day delivery CANNOT be cancelled. Refunds are not processed for the same. 

Returns:

Due to hygiene norms, we don't facilitate returns.
