Press & Mentions
What began seven years ago as a single idea in Delhi has grown into ate — a food and beverage brand built one honest decision at a time.
Across ate experience, ate mini and ate patisserie, the thread has stayed the same: chase quality, never settle for the obvious, and keep asking what the next, better version of the menu, the room and the experience could look like.
That instinct has taken shape most visibly at Glasshouse and Omakase, two of ate experience's newer flagship spaces, where a restless approach to food and design has drawn recognition from media & the people.
It's a nice validation of something the team already believed — that Delhi's dining scene has room for places that don't stop reinventing themselves.
Seven years and five locations in, ate is still doing the same thing it started with: building spaces worth returning to, one plate at a time.
